Privacy

This is a static personal portfolio. Its purpose is to present my background, not to collect data: no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools, no profiling.

Data collected

No personal data is collected while you browse the site. As with any website, the hosting service (GitHub Pages) may record essential technical logs, such as your IP address, for security and operational reasons. I do not use these logs for any other purpose.

Preferences stored in your browser

The site stores only three technical settings in your browser. They never leave your device and do not identify you:

• the language you chose (localStorage);
• the theme you chose, light or dark (localStorage);
• the order of the “At a glance” cards, if you change it, and whether you have already seen the hint about rearranging them (localStorage);
• whether the opening animation has already played in this session (sessionStorage, cleared when you close the tab).

Contact by email

The site has no forms: the contact buttons open your email app. If you write to me at vittorio.ardente.07@gmail.com, I will use the information in your message only to reply and will not share it with third parties.

External links

The site links to external platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub and sun-fai.org. Their own privacy policies apply there, and I have no control over them.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to access, correct or delete the data you sent me by email, by writing to the address above.
